We ask you for a deposit from € 100,- per apartment
Short stay:
up to two nights we charge a surcharge from € 20,- per apartment and night

we recommend a travel insurance of
the Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
Arrival and departure:
Arrival from 15 o'clock (earlier if possible)
Departure until 10 a.m.
Bread and pastry service:
Our baker is happy to deliver fresh bread and pastries every day
Pets:
Unfortunately we do not accept pets.
Non-smoker:
Our house is a non-smoking house,
we ask for your understanding.
Cancellation conditions:
Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
For cancellations within the last week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booking price.
In case of non-arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.
